Roadrunners is for any adult of any age who likes to play games, eat good food, and travel. We take both day trips and some overnight trips and have fun sharing jokes in fellowship with each other as we go to different places. We meet the 2nd Monday of every month @ 10:00 am in our Fellowship Hall. Bring a covered dish and join us! On Tuesday, October 14, our Road Runners will take a bus trip to Camp Copass in Denton for the Senior Day Camp. We are leaving the church at 10:00 am and returning to church at 3:00 pm. There will be great speakers, musicians and a delicious lunch provided at no cost. Don't miss this great time together! Call Layna in the church office to sign up @ 940-686-2274.

Every time the local news stations and newspapers report that persons are left homeless or in need due to a natural catastrophy in Texas, such as a tornado or hurricane, we know that our Texas Baptist Men will soon be there, in the Name of Jesus, to meet the physical and spiritual needs of those effected. Many of our men and women from our church join with the Texas Baptist Men to lend a helping hand. Our Lord Jesus has blessed our church in every way for the faithfulness of these men and women who take time away to allow Jesus to minister and love through them as His beloved children. We praise Jesus for the many faithful members of Calvary that are His hands and feet to those He loves.

Brick Laying Mission Trip at Trinity Pines Encampment Trinity, Texas
Shoes For Souls Mission In October 2008, our church collected new and gently worn shoes for all ages, new stuffed animals for children and delivered them to Buckner Benevolence Ministries. These items will be given to orphan children and the poor all across America. Our Lord continues to bless our church for the many who give to those in need.
