Most Important Page!

This is the most important page because it reminds you of three things that are the most important things in your life:

1. Jesus loves you more than you can imagine! God loved (insert your name) so much that He came to earth in the body of Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for all the wrong things (insert your name)  has done, that if (insert your name) will believe in Jesus to forgive his or her sins forever and surrender to Jesus as Master and God, (insert you name) will never perish (suffer forever in hell) but have the free gift of everlasting life (in heaven with Jesus)! (see John 3:16). The Bible states that this is a personal decision each person must make for themselves and that each person must ask Jesus to forgive them and to take control as Master and God in order to be saved from hell (Romans 10:13). When you choose to ask Jesus to forgive you forever and take control of your life, His Spirit will come into your heart and He will never leave you (Galatians 4:6; Hebrews 13:5). Remember that we cannot be saved from hell by our own good works (Ephesians 2:8-9) but we can be saved only by the one good work of Jesus at the cross (Romans 3 & 4). Good works are a result of salvation, never a requirement for salvation (Romans 6). We also receive reward in heaven for good works but no one will receive salvation for trusting in their own good works (Titus 3:4-8; Revelation 22:12).

If you are ready to surrender to Jesus as your God and Master and if you are ready to trust Him to forgive you forever, say a prayer like this to the Lord: "Lord Jesus, I believe you died on the cross to pay the penalty for all of the wrong things I have done and for all the wrong things I will do. I believe you are the only true God and the only way to heaven. I give you control of my life as my God. Please come into my heart right now to forgive me forever and to take control of my life as my God and Master. Thank you for saving me from hell and for making me your child. I love you. Help me love you more every day and help me to live for you. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen." 

You have just made the most important decision of your entire life! It is important that you regularly attend a Bible believing church and begin to spiritually grow daily. It is important that you begin reading in the book of John each day. Try to complete the New Testament through Revelation chapter five, then begin reading again in Matthew. Try to read a chapter a day (a verse a day is better than nothing because the Bible is your spiritual food that spiritually nourishes you). It is important that you make time to pray every day (a sentence prayer of thanking Jesus for your food before you eat is great too but Jesus desires you spend quality time with Him like you do when you talk to your best friend on the phone for five minutes or so). We also strongly recommend you obey Jesus and show others you have decided to become a child of God by being baptized in a Bible believing church and attend church regularly. 2. Jesus desires more than anything that you love Him as your God, Savior and BFF! Jesus said that the most important commandment in the entire Bible is to love God with all of your heart, with all of your mind, with all of your soul and with all of your strength. (Matthew 22:37). When you decide to obey this command, you also decide to love Jesus as your God, Savior and BFF (Best Friend Forever). Every day, talk to Jesus as you would your best friend because Jesus desires more than anything else to be your very best friend, closest companion and first love so He can bless your life and help you each day. Jesus created you for one reason: to have fellowship with you now and forever. This is a daily, hourly choice. The best choice is to remain closely connected to Jesus! Then once you love Jesus with your all, it should be natural for you to love others with the love of Jesus and seek to meet their spiritual and physical needs by building relationship with them. The Christian life is all about staying closely connected to Jesus and other people and then we will remain abundantly blessed by God! When we mess up and sin, we always go back to the truth of God that we chose to receive Him, He promised He would forgive us forever, He promised His Spirit would come into our heart and we would be connected with His Spirit forever as His beloved child (see Bible scriptures above). 3. Jesus desires that you know how to convince others that the Bible is true. The greatest evidence we have that the Bible is true is our own Christain testimony of how Jesus has completely changed our life. There are many other evidences that prove the Bible is true; these are called apologetics. Every Christian should grow to become so familiar with apologetics that we can defend our faith to any skeptic, help the skeptic see, understand and believe the many evidences that the Bible is true and that Jesus Christ is truly God and the only way to heaven. The greatest book in the world (after the Bible) is More Than a Carpenter written by Josh McDowell because it proves the Bible is true and Jesus is God. Josh McDowell was an atheist scientist and skeptic who set out to try to prove that Christians do not have any evidence for their faith but he found so much evidence he became a Christian and wrote his book to show the world all the evidences he found. Jesus commands every Christian to proclaim Him and His Gospel to others (Matthew 10:32-33, Matthew 28:18-20). So be faithful and seek to tell persons about Jesus everyday and you will receive reward in heaven and on earth.

If you meet a skeptic who refuses to look at our evidences, say this to him or her: "Please remember this: you are basing your eternal destiny on beliefs without having any evidence for your beliefs. It would be wise to base your eternal destiny on beliefs that have evidence as truth. Won't you look at the evidences we have for our beliefs and then make your choice?"
