The North Texas Pregnancy Center
Our church helped to plan for, create and maintain the North Texas Pregnancy Center in Aubrey, Texas. A portion of our tithes and offerings go to support the ministries of NTPC. NTPC offers free services to its clients (i.e., pregnancy test kits, pastoral counseling, pregnancy and parenting education). The photo below is the third new born that North Texas Pregnancy Center has helped since it started its office at 212 S Main St serving the Northeast Denton County area in April 2009.

The Shepherd's Storehouse
Calvary helped other north Texas area churches to organize the Shepherd’s Storehouse in 1989 out of a need in the community to give aide to the many indigent people who came through our town. A portion of our weekly tithes and offerings support and maintain this ongoing needed ministry. Many of our church members faithfully volunteer and serve at the Storehouse each week.
The Shepherd's Storehouse is a 501c3 tax-exempt status ministry. This makes it possible to do business with The North Texas Food Bank located in Dallas, TX. This organization makes it possible for the Storehouse to get food by just paying a maintenance fee of 14 cents per pound. We can turn every dollar given into $11.00 by getting our food through the food bank. Today the Storehouse ministers to an average of 150 families per month. We never have had to make a fund drive. The funds have just always come through the churches, individuals and a few civic organizations. We have never accepted government funds and do not intend to accept them in the future. The organization being supported by the people for the people is the way we started and will remain that way the Lord directs. We are a true faith based organization.
We operate the Storehouse on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 12. We operate with over 50 volunteers. We have no paid staff. As long as our Lord Jesus continues to direct and as long as He provides the finances, we will continue to minister. We now are able to offer more than food and clothes. We are able to assist with utilities, medicine, over-night lodging and most any need that comes up.
The Storehouse also sponsors the Angel Tree for needy children at Christmas. Every year we have over 250 children that we help have a brighter Christmas. This is a community effort and the entire community joins in to make this ministry happen. All of us who volunteer at the Storehouse join together and say ...
“TO GOD BE THE GLORY, GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!”
The Shepherd's Storehouse is located at 1189 South Highway 377 in Pilot Point, Texas 76258. Telephone: 940-686-3014

The Shoes For Orphan Souls Mission
Annually our church collects new and gently worn shoes for orphans around the world. We delivered over 1000 pairs of shoes to Buckner Baptist Benevolence Ministries in Mesquite, Texas. Every year, Bucker collects shoes from churches and sends them all over the world to needy orphans. Thank you for your gifts. Jesus will reward you.

Youth Summer Mission Trip
Every summer our church youth minister to needy people in different areas around our nation. Our youth have joined with Christian youth groups from all around the nation to share Jesus with unbelievers, meet the spiritual and physical needs of many homeless persons and have Vacation Bible School in the projects. Because of the prayers and gifts of many, hundreds of persons came to know Jesus and others grew closer to Jesus as first love.
Jesus said, "I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat."
