Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Other Prayer Requests:
For Jesus to bless and compel our inactive, healthy church members to repent, draw closer to Jesus, return to worship with their church family and active service for their Lord by daily ministering their spiritual gifts to those in need (Hebrews 10:25).
For Jesus to bless and compel our active church members to continue to faithfully minister their spiritual gifts to those in need and daily win unbelievers to Jesus without temptation to backslide nor burnout (Matthew 9:36-38; Matthew 28:18-20).
For Jesus to prepare many persons to be saved as we share His gospel in Pilot Point.
For Jesus to bless, direct and protect our Pilot Point school students, teachers and administration, our police and fire fighters.
For Jesus to bless and direct our country, armed forces personnel, our President and our U.S. Congress
For those around us who grieve the death of loved ones, that Jesus would comfort, strengthen and draw them closer to Him (locally and nationally).
For those around our community who need the love, help, wisdom, direction and strength of Jesus. Watch the local news on television and read the local Pilot Point Post-Signal for new, additional prayer needs of persons. Write down specific names of persons with prayer needs, pray for them for several days. After a week, look up their number in the phone book, call them to let them know you are praying for them. After one month, call them back to say you are still praying for them and ask them if you can visit them in their home. If they give permission, make an appointment as soon as possible. Call one of our ministers/church leaders to go with you to visit in their home. Continue to pray that they will draw closer to Jesus and visit and later join our church. Call back every other month to make another visit to encourage them to come to our church. Even if they put you off, keep praying for them and call every other month or so to let them know you are still praying for them and would like to visit with them again. Believe Jesus to change their heart and mind to draw closer to Him.
Pray for more of our church members to become Prayer Chaplains for their block on which they live and pray that many of their neighbors would draw closer to Jesus.
