"Do not forsake assembling together as believers, as some are in the habit of doing, but meet together regularly to encourage one another."

When we meet together regularly for worship, Bible study and Christian fellowship, our faith and commitment to live for Christ is strengthened by the Spirit as we encourage one another to have increased faith, commitment, love for Jesus and each other. Christian love that is shared in fellowship revives us as the family of God and helps us to have more of God's power to love the world as we seek to build bridges of relationship with unbelievers in order to reach them. Most importantly, each time we meet, the Spirit of Jesus is with us to speak to and direct each believer individually and specifically. These are the reasons that it is vital to the Christian's spiritual health to meet with the church every time the church meets whenever possible. Since the Spirit of Jesus is present to bless His children each time we meet, we miss His blessing each time we must miss meeting together. Please know that you are a blessing to your church family when you meet with them. When you must miss church, others miss the blessing of your presence. You are needed at Calvary every time we meet. Therefore, be a blessing and meet with us every time you can! You will be loved, appreciated and glad you came.
